So that we can send you the right Dispatcher installation package, we need to know if the PC you intend to install it on is 32 bit or 64 bit. Here's how to check:

Windows 7

1. Click on the start menu

2. Right click on 'my computer' then click 'Properties'

3. System Type will say 64-bit Operating System or 32-bit Operating System

Windows 10

1. Open the settings app by pressing Windows + I

2. Select System > About

3. System Type will say 64-bit Operating System or 32-bit Operating System
